Chinese smartphone maker OPPO has unveiled a new design for its future smartphone display called the waterfall screen.
The new screen design features a curved bezel on both sides, which is even more curved than Samsung’s Galaxy S and Galaxy Note series phones. In addition, the bezels of the phone are not visible to the naked eye, and you can only see the beginning of the bezel at the end of the screen when viewed directly from the side.
It’s exciting to use a wide-screen phone with a curved bezel design, but hopefully it will be able to disable the screen space near the bezel to prevent accidental touches and unlocks during normal handling. It is also difficult to say where to place the selfie camera in this type of screen.
