The Ministry of Health has announced that it will allow CMP factories and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to resume operations in Rangoon from October 12.

The Yangon Regional Government will review the compliance with the directives of the Ministry of Health and Sports and will allow the A-level activities to be re-authorized by the regional government.

The Ministry of Health and Sports has extended the ban on CMP activities from September 24 until October 21, but announced today that it will allow censorship.

As of the night of October 10, there were 26,064 infected people in Myanmar, and 7,050 people were discharged from the hospital and 598 died. Of these, the total number of infected patients in Yangon Division is nearly 20,000.
